Council on Inclusive Work Environments
Fostering an inclusive workplace culture that embraces diverse, dynamic talent is critical to business success. A diverse and inclusive work environment is more productive, engaging, and innovative.
The Council on Inclusive Work Environments (CIWE) provides a forum for diversity and inclusion leaders to hear from key thought leaders in Canada while sharing challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned within a vibrant community of practice. CIWE helps organizations develop strategies to attract and leverage diverse talent and cultivate dynamic, inclusive cultures where all employees can optimize their potential. Together, CIWE members learn how to influence senior leaders and raise the profile of diversity and inclusion within their organizations.
