In this toolkit, we provide leaders with tools to help them tackle recruitment and retention challenges in Inuit Nunangat, including tools for organizational design, recruitment, health and well-being, and workplace learning and career navigation. The toolkit is informed by Inuit Societal Values, which, when integrated into organizational policies and procedures, can allow workplaces to weather potential labour shortages and create a more inclusive environment.
