Immediately prior to that role, Milch was the Executive Vice President, Public Policy, and General Counsel of Verizon, where he led the company’s public policy, legal, regulatory, government affairs and security groups.
William McCracken is currently Chair of the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia University Law School, a member of the Board of Directors of MDU Resources Group and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and the president of Executive Consulting Group, LLC. He is also the former Chair and Chief Executive Officer of CA Technologies.
