Diogo Borba is a Research Associate in the Human Capital team. In this role, Diogo undertakes research projects, provides research support to subscriber and professional networks, responds to customer information requests, and supports business development activities. Diogo has extensive professional experience in Human Resources and a solid applied research background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Past Work Experience
Prior to CBoC, Diogo spent 14 years at Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras) in a variety of roles, spanning Human Resources Specialist, Generalist as well as HR and Communications Manager in different business units. In Canada since 2018, Diogo has contributed as an HR consultant for different companies, as a reviewer in psychology journals, and as an instructor to psychology undergraduate students.
