Document Highlights

This report explores the active commitment and leadership of business with its public-sector partners—educators, families, community and nonprofit organizations, and government agencies—to improve primary and secondary education. Through broad, systematic and comprehensive collaboration, business has invested resources, time and talent in its roles as partner, stakeholder, contributor, and investor. Early results of these efforts are still scant and often anecdotal, but they hold promise. Meanwhile, the public and private partners that are featured are hard at work, focused on making a positive difference for all children in how their instruction is managed and delivered and in how they learn.
