Tanzeela Faisal is a research associate in the education and skills department for The Conference Board of Canada. Tanzeela conducts qualitative research methodologies such as interviews, observations, case studies, and research tools such as Nvivo, she tackles projects that delve into intricate educational phenomena. Through meticulous data analysis and interpretation, Tanzeela helps transform research findings into actionable recommendations. 

Past Work Experience

Prior to CBoC, Tanzeela worked as a graduate research assistant where she collected and analyzed data as well as assisted in carrying those findings into published research papers.
