Avon Foods’ workplace education programs are based on individual and organizational needs and assessments, written/oral communications, and math upgrading, as well as General Education Development (GED) examination preparation. The training model successfully uses a partnership approach, involving management, employees, the union, and the Nova Scotia Department of Education.
