Objectives
Established in 1976 the main objective of the Compensation Research Centre is to enhance the knowledge and practice of compensation, industrial relations and human resources within its member organizations. Specifically, we - conduct independent, objective leading-edge research into key compensation, industrial relations and human resources management issues;
- provide custom information services in the fields of compensation, benefits and related matters;
- offer a networking forum for members to exchange views and information.
