Senior Economist, Economic Forecasting
Liam Daly is an Economist in the Economic Forecasting team at The Conference Board of Canada. In this role, Liam works on the national, provincial, metro and territorial forecasts. His areas of focus are labour markets, demographics, manufacturing and the outlooks for Québec and Montreal.
After graduating with a Masters in Biological Sciences, Liam worked as a biomedical researcher and later, at the journal Nature. In 2017, he moved to Canada to study Economics at McGill University. After graduating from the Master’s program, Liam volunteered in Indonesia on a business development project.
