Jane is responsible for the economic forecasts of six Canadian CMAs: St. John’s, Halifax, Saint John, Toronto, Oshawa and Hamilton. She also conducts custom research such as the Housing Sector Outlook and a Condo Market Outlook, by provinces and CMAs for specific clients. In the past Jane has provided General Motors of Canada with a detail car and truck outlook, for Canada and the provinces.
Jane has also provided both internal and external clients with “Eviews” training. Eviews is the software package used for econometric modelling at the Conference Board. Clients have included the Government of New Brunswick and the Ukraine Ministry of Finance.
Jane holds an M.A. from McMaster University and B. Comm (Hons. Economics) from Saint Mary’s University.
