Elena Bowes is the Head of Finance and Information Technology at The Conference Board of Canada (CBoC). In this role, Elena leads strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations of the finance and information technology teams, collaborating closely with others to build the foundation for future growth and technological innovation.
Past Work Experience
Prior to the CBoC, Elena was a Partner in the Assurance Group of EY serving multinational clients. After leaving, she managed her own consulting practice for over four years assisting clients across Canada with complex financial and technology needs. She has also spent several years in corporate executive positions at entities such as CPA Ontario and Scarlet Security and Risk Group, where she was the Chief Financial Officer.
