Saul Carliner is a Professor at Concordia University and director of its graduate programs in educational technology as well as a consultant in content strategy and program evaluation for clients worldwide. Among his 250 publications are the recently published Career Anxiety: Guidance Through Tough Times (with Margaret Driscoll and Yvonne Thayer) and An Overview of Training and Development (with Margaret Driscoll). He is the President of the Canadian Network for Innovation in Education, a Fellow of the Institute for Performance and Learning, and a Fellow and past International President of the Society for Technical Communication.
