About Cathy

Cathy Denning serves as Senior Vice President of Sourcing Operations with responsibility for Novation’s capital, medical, surgical, distribution, strategic sourcing, strategic programs and pediatrics programs. With 37 years of progressive experience in the health care industry, Cathy provides strategic and operational leadership for many of Novation’s sourcing operations programs.

Prior to joining Novation, Denning spent six years in clinical practice in the acute care arena as a staff nurse, unit manager and oncology clinical specialist; and she worked for seventeen years in home infusion therapy and high tech homecare. Her experience includes clinical practice, market and program management and development, staff training, JCAHO and quality assurance program management and corporate compliance auditing.
