There already exists a substantial amount of literature dealing with methods designed to mitigate GHG emissions. Much less attention, however, has been paid to formulating effective, equitable, and feasible responses by business leaders and policy makers to the GHG challenge. This briefing highlights this gap and suggests important areas for priority policy and business attention going forward.
