Employer Involvement in the Health and Well-Being of Children and Youth highlights the benefits all Canadian employers—regardless of size or sector—stand to gain by investing in workplace initiatives or community-based programs that support the health and socio-economic well-being of children and youth. The report is designed to help employers identify successful family-friendly practices and corporate community investments. It also provides a set of tools employers can use to select the programs that will best benefit children and youth while accomplishing corporate performance goals.
The report is part of the research program of the Conference Board’s Roundtable on Socio-Economic Determinants of Health.
