  • This issue statement considers what more Sector Councils could do to enhance the productivity, performance and sustainability of their sector. The goal is to ensure that employers deliver sufficient training to their workers to increase performance and productivity. The statement explores what new could be done, and what existing initiatives could be improved. It also recognizes that faced with resource constraints, Sector Councils may have difficult choices to make.
