Senior Research Associate, Innovation & Technology
Nicholas Palaschuk is a Senior Research Associate in Innovation and Technology at The Conference Board of Canada. In his role, Nicholas drives evidence-based research to inform better policy and corporate decision-making as it relates to new technocentric challenges on issues including cybersecurity, AI, and big data.
Prior to CBoC, Nicholas worked at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in multiple advisory roles focused on the intersection of environment, natural resources, and sustainability. Leading custom research at the intersection of economic markets and corporate sustainability, Nicholas liaised with client organizations and government officials to advance policy discussions on key issues including net-zero, ESG, sustainable finance, and critical minerals.
Nicholas continues to serve as a Senior Advisor to the University of Waterloo supporting partnerships and program design in eco-innovation and entrepreneurship.
