Benchmarking Benefits 2015 summarizes the results of The Conference Board of Canada’s 2015 employer-sponsored benefit program survey. A questionnaire was sent to 2,178 senior-level HR practitioners. The recipients were predominantly from medium-sized and large Canadian organizations operating in a variety of regions and sectors. Between March and May 2015, practitioners from a total of 278 organizations responded to the survey, representing a 13 per cent response rate.

The report provides sound data that will enable Canadian employers to benchmark themselves against their peers and other organizations that they compete with for talent. It explores a wide range of employer-sponsored benefit programs that include extended health care plans, dental plans, life and accident plans, disability plans, and legally required programs such as CPP/QPP and EI. The report also includes information on health care spending accounts as well as benefits for part-time employees and retirees.
