About Marc-André
Marc-André Cousineau started working for the Federal Government as a Corporate Labour Relations Advisor at the Canada Revenue Agency in 2008 and transferred to Health Canada in 2012. After working as a Labour Relations Advisor at the corporate and operational level for more than 5 years, he joined the Respect in the Workplace Office as a Prevention and Resolution of Harassment Advisory at Health Canada and has been working in this capacity since 2014. In this role he has developed and delivered awareness sessions and group discussion sessions for managers and employees on the topic of harassment prevention, bullying and respectful virtual teams. Marc-André complete a Certificate in Law from l’Université de Montréeal and Undergraduate studies in Philosophy from l’Université Laval. He obtained a Masters in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University in 2008. Marc-André has a strong interest in literature and history.
