Despite the compelling evidence, not all employers are fully engaged in preventing harassment (including bullying and sexual harassment) and workplace violence. Even among those that are engaged, there is no globally accepted and evidence-based preventive solution. One factor that can predict the degree of risk and prevalence of harassment and violence in a workplace is incivility. And while incivility plays a role in predicting harassment and violence, the benefits of creating strategies and programs focused on curbing incivility have been given less attention.

Webinar Highlights

Highlights of this recorded webinar include the following:

  • Building the case for why facilitating a respectful workplace is so important.
