The Conference Board of Canada asked organizations across the country how they’re managing COVID-19 vaccination policies for employees—and here’s what they told us. Includes downloadable respondent profile.

  • While nearly half of employers have no plans to develop a COVID-19 vaccination policy, many have directed their focus toward a formal communications strategy.
  • Sixty-five per cent of organizations surveyed will be recommending or encouraging employees to be vaccinated.
