  • There are four CMAs with both positive short- and long-term expectations, two more than last month.
  • Toronto’s new housing market remains strong, with positive expectations for both the short and long terms.
  • The CMAs with the biggest year-over-year declines in housing starts in November were Abbotsford–Mission, Regina, London, Hamilton, and Kichener–Waterloo.
  • Kingston had the biggest year-over-year increase in housing starts last month.
