In her role as Director of Corporate Development, Dr. McIntosh leads strategic partnerships, enterprise-wide initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts that strengthen the Board’s impact and sustainability. She is responsible for advancing key institutional priorities through collaboration across research, corporate engagement, and business operations. Her work focuses on building strategic alliances, mobilizing cross-sector partnerships, and developing frameworks that enhance performance, innovation, and long-term growth.

Past Work Experience

Before assuming her current role as Director of Corporate Development, Dr. McIntosh led The Conference Board of Canada’s Education and Skills portfolio, advancing research and partnerships that shaped national dialogue on the future of work and learning.

Earlier in her career, she held a leadership role at Toronto Metropolitan University within the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation, where she oversaw major initiatives on workforce development and skills policy.

A recipient of the International Development Research Centre’s 2016 Research Award in Technology and Innovation, Dr. McIntosh led research on how digital innovations supported crisis response during the 2015 Nepal earthquakes.
