U.S. salary increase budgets for 2013 will have a median increase of 3.00 percent, just like last year. Projections for 2014 are also 3.00 percent, which is consistent with the notion that the economic recovery has not yet picked up enough strength to substantially raise salary budgets. This report analyzes the responses of 300 organization that responded to this annual survey by The Conference Board for four different employee groups: non-exempt hourly (non-union), non-exempt salaried, exempt, and executive.
