Talent Management Benchmarking: Human Resources Trends and Metrics, Fourth Edition

This report—the first of three in our 2017 Human Resources Trends and Metrics series—focuses on trends and metrics related to talent management practices. Based on the fourth HR Trends and Metrics survey in 10 years, Talent Management Benchmarking: Human Resources Trends and Metrics, Fourth Edition offers HR professionals an overview of a decade of trends in human capital management and a wide range of current benchmarks to support business and strategic planning. This benchmark data will allow organizations to gauge their HR practices through all stages of the talent management cycle against the experience of a diverse sample of leading Canadian organizations. Between April and May 2016, 150 Canadian organizations, from both the private and public sectors, responded to the survey. In addition to survey data, this report includes data from The Conference Board of Canada’s regular large-scale studies and smaller targeted studies, as well as from various external sources.
