Alice Craft is a Research Associate in the Immigration knowledge area at the Conference Board of Canada. As a researcher, Alice contributes to solving the wicked problems experienced by Canadian immigration policymakers and newcomers through insightful qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Past Work Experience

Alice brings 5 years of research experience to the Conference Board, having worked on research projects across the UK, The Netherlands, and Canada. She is driven by curiosity and a passion for change. Her ability to make connections is not just limited to drawing linkages between data and ideas, but extends to community building and activism. As a former service provider to refugee youths, and an immigrant to Canada herself, Alice hopes to use her research skills and experience to impact meaningful change in the immigration and settlement space.
