Currently an Organizational Change Manager, Irving Shipbuilding – ensuring Business Readiness for
people focused Change Management initiatives, Don has extensive corporate, business and consulting experience
with more than 36 years in the field
and more than 20 of those years has been focused on change management.  

He has managed teams, projects, training, consulting engagements and change initiatives for leading
global companies and clients over the past several decades and is the former President of VisionScape
Management Solutions. This experience has given him a unique perspective and understanding on the
importance of change management in workplaces, having observed the link between managing change
well, resilient culture and employee wellbeing.
 

Don holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business and facilitated
the program for private clients across Canada, as well as various Ontario Municipalities and Ministries. He
is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner of the ADKAR Change Management Model and is
a certified Strategic Organizational Benchmarking Consultant
