With over 30 years in the public service, Aaron Orban currently serves as the Executive Director of the Audit, Information Management and Safety Division of Integrated Justice Services. In his role he serves as the Chief Access and Privacy Officer, Safety Champion and Culture Co-Champion for the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General and Integrated Justice Services.

He believes in creating team environments where everyone can contribute as their authentic selves and where everyone can lead. Aaron is passionate about supporting those he works with and believes that his greatest success comes when his team and the people who are part of it are successful. Born and raised in Regina, Aaron holds a B.A. and a B.S.W. from the University of Regina. He is married to a great woman and has two awesome daughters. They are active in the community and are generally pretty busy volunteering for all sorts of things. In his spare time Aaron dabbles in all sorts of hobbies, calling himself a Jack-of-all trades, master of none.
