In this research, we use online job postings data from our high-frequency labour market data, the Model of Occupations, Skills and Technology (MOST), and an interview with two post-secondary institution leaders to examine the hiring demand for human resources (HR) technology skills by Canadian employers.

Which sectors have the highest overall demand for HR technology skills? What are the top complementary skills in occupations requiring HR technology skills?
