The importance of workplace mental health cannot be overstated and there is no one size fits all solution or quick fix. Our clients rely on us to get the information that they need to make informed and often complex decisions—really comes down to providing key insight and innovations into what matters using an evidence-based approach.

Erin Mills is the Director of Human Capital and Workplace Health at The Conference Board of Canada. She guides the Board’s workplace health research initiatives and programs, and leads the Council on Workplace Health and Wellness, the Centre for Health and Safety, as well as the Workplace Mental Health Research Centre.

Erin can rely on more than 20 years of experience across the health, employment, and education sectors. Before joining the Conference Board, she held positions as the Director of Labour Market Information and HR Research for the Mining Industry Human Resources Council, and Director of Institutional Research at Seneca College.

Erin holds a PhD (ABD) and MA in Sociology.
