Barb is Senior Vice President-Human Resources at the LCBO focusing on continued HR transformation and building a healthy, safe, inclusive and accountable culture.

Most recently, she held the position of SVP, People, Culture & Chief Ethics Officer at Ontario Power Generation. In her 15 years at the organization, she raised the bar for leadership, orchestrated major transformations, launched a new HR service delivery model, and supported corporate culture and employee engagement. She has experience in both highly unionized professional services organizations.

Barb is a passionate, strategic advisor and coach who has dedicated her career to aligning HR strategies with business objectives and cultivating respectful, inclusive, safe and healthy workforces.
