Jennifer Nachshen is a Manager in Doblin, Deloitte’s innovation and design practice within the Customer & Applied Design service line. Jennifer has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and an MBA, and specializes in Behavioural Design, merging behavioural science, design thinking and business strategy to solve human-centred challenges for businesses and public sector clients. Jennifer has two decades of experience applying findings from psychological research to practical challenges facing businesses and other organizations. Since joining the firm, Jennifer has worked with financial, government and retail clients, helping them to harness the power of HCD and behavioural science to understand their customers and design products and services that meet them where they are.
