With strong coaching and talent development experience, coupled with proven business and negotiation acumen Hendrik Steenkamp has led the strategic HR vision for multinational organizations, spanning 2 continents.
Coming from a telecommunications background, Hendrik joined ADP Canada in 2003. As one of its company’s Senior Leadership Team members, Hendrik has been responsible for leading ADP Canada’s HR Operations/ Advisory team with a focus on the digitization of Canada’s HR environment. His work with HRBP and client stakeholders has resulted in transformational change throughout ADP’s HR processes that has affected each-and-every ADP Associate.
In addition to an education in the human resources realm, Hendrik possesses a formal education in the Culinary Arts. Canadian workers, as well as cannabis involvement in workplace fatalities in Ontario.
