The adaptability, analytical skills … those types of things are high-level skills that, once mastered, will allow you to navigate your career as the world of work changes and technologies are introduced. So, I guess what the pandemic has done is put a little more [emphasis] probably on those, which will hopefully help folks navigate through as we work through our new normal, and opportunities change.
