As a young leader at the helm of a rapidly growing organization, being a Conference Board of Canada counsel member provides a unique opportunity to network with experienced leaders across the country to engage in dialogue about emerging issues and trends in workplace wellness. The CWHW is comprised of a dynamic group of innovative leaders within a broad range of sectors who dialogue on leading practices, innovative approaches and common challenges related to employee wellbeing. As a member, it has helped shape my personal growth and organizational learning — all of which has strengthened our efforts to cultivate a workplace culture where people feel safe and valued.
