Maureen Hickey is Chief People Officer at The Conference Board of Canada. Maureen oversees all aspects of Human Resources and is responsible for developing and executing the Board’s Human Resources strategy in support of the strategic direction and objectives of the organization.
Past Work Experience
Maureen has over 26 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries such as energy, commercial real estate, investment banking, and healthcare. Prior to joining the Board, Maureen had global oversight of Human Resources for a diversified oil and gas services company.
