About
Dave Nanderam is the Associate Director of Total Rewards in the Human Capital Focus Area at The Conference Board of Canada. He has oversight of the Compensation Research Centre and provides leadership and direction on a variety of Total Rewards research projects.
Past Work Experience
Prior to the Board, Dave spent 12 years managing an HR risk/compliance advisory firm which provided expertise in deep compensation, job evaluation, pay equity, performance management, organizational design, business development, and project leadership. He has collaborated with executive teams from a variety of private, public, and non-profit organizations, including unionised workplaces in the municipal, healthcare, and higher education sectors.
