Past Work Experience

Darren has over two decades of leadership experience focused on talent development, strategy, business development, workplace transformation and consulting experience. Before joining the Board, he was the Director of Advisory Services for the Business Development Bank of Canada, where he was responsible for the creation, implementation, and growth of their national advisory practice in Ontario and the Atlantic regions. Darren has been a founding member of two start-ups and has consulted with numerous organizations from early-stage technology to high-growth multinationals across various industries.
