Sylvie Latulippe is passionate about the whole field of human resources, and has devoted the last 19 years of her professional life to advance her knowledge of its many disciplines. She joined Canada’s central bank in 2017 as the Director of Wellness and Employee Relations and has Recently been appointed to Director HR Policies, Programs and Business Partners. She is known for her creativity and energy, which she applies to ensure the success of the organization and—first and foremost—the 2100 employees who contribute to its stimulating and rewarding work environment. She has led the development of a comprehensive HR Strategies and related programming, as well as renewed policies around workplace conduct, performance and Health and Safety. Sylvie is known to have lead projects that have had tremendous positive impact on important culture shifts.
