Sheena Chaudhry has over 20+ years of experience in Human Resources in the areas of equity, diversity & inclusion, leadership development and talent acquisition. As an effective diversity & inclusion leader and consultant she has focused on developing strategy, attracting diverse talent, increasing awareness and fostering a more positive work culture. As a thought leader Sheena’s approach has included partnering with the C-suite to gain buy in and traction with executive champions, customize deliverables per the needs of the organization and develop successful strategies to manage change.

She has led organizations to be recognized with awards including Canada’s Top Diversity Employer and Canada’s Top Employer for Young People. Currently, Sheena is at Canada Goose as the inaugural Senior Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion and is leading the organization on advancing inclusion across corporate and retail locations globally. In 2022 she was named one of Canada’s Top five Equity, Diversity & Inclusion leaders by Women’s Executive Network.

Sheena holds a BA in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
