Shairoz is the Senior Manager, Well-being, HR Planning and Analytics at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. In her current role she leads a team that is responsible for delivering the following programs: Employee Relations, Absence Management Services, Health and Safety and Workplace Well-being and HR Analytics. Shairoz works with a great team of dedicated and passionate individuals at CMHC where they continue to work hard to incorporate Workplace Well-being into the values and culture of the company.

Shairoz has been with CMHC for the past seven years. Prior to that she worked in the Federal Public Service for 17 years in various departments including: Treasury Board Secretariat, the Department of Justice, the Department of National Defense, the National Research Council and Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Shairoz started her career as a labour relations advisor for the Treasury Board Secretariat and worked her way up in various roles within the human resources discipline to the position of Director, Labour Relations at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. She has a Bachelor of Science from McGill University.

Shairoz continues to enjoy a very rewarding career but her greatest pride and joy is her family: including her partner Greg and their two boys Matteo and Sammy. They enjoy watching sports, skiing, cooking, travelling, and spending quality time together with family and friends.
