Roger Marple was diagnosed with young onset Alzheimer’s disease and has since become an outspoken advocate for living as well as possible. He lives a full, busy life and passionately dispels myths about the disease and the stigma associated with dementia.

Roger is a member of directors for the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories and the national advisory board for the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada. He’s active on Twitter, where he connects with research groups, organizations and communities working to improve life for people living with dementia.
