Rachel leads TRIEC’s CAIP (Career Advancement for Immigrant Professionals) program. She brings over 20 years of experience in program design and adult education with expertise in intercultural competence and supporting organizations in taking a strategic and systemic approach to equity, diversity, and inclusion change. Rachel has worked in the financial, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors.
