Nivedha Krishnakumar is a Registered Nurse with a unique background in Nursing and Occupational Health and Safety. She currently works in the Non-profit sector by supporting activities of the Community Support Services division in policy implementation, community research and program development. She contributes her expertise in empowering multiple cross functioning teams and ensuring policies and procedures permit continuous quality control and best practice. In addition, she is currently enrolled in a research-based Master of Science in Occupational & Public Health at the Toronto Metropolitan University. Her thesis analyzes the impact of musculoskeletal disorder prevention programs and lost-time claims.
