Natasha is the Executive Director, Health, Benefits and Pensions within UBC Human Resources, dedicating her expertise and experience over the last 20 years to creating a healthier, more purposeful workplace by taking an equity centered approach. At the heart of her role is the strategic leadership she provides to enhance workplace wellbeing, cultivating organizational health practices, and effectively managing an extensive benefits portfolio for over 16,600 faculty and staff. This comprehensive portfolio encompasses health and welfare plans, leaves, tuition waivers, and relocation support, all designed to support health and wellbeing inside and outside workplace.
Natasha serves on the People For A Healthy Communities HR Committee, is a UBC SPP Board Member, and holds a BA in Psychology (UBC), a Master of Arts in Leadership (RRU), and is Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
