Nadim leads a national corporate-wide team of human resources professionals. As Canada Post strives to become a workplace of choice, Nadim delivers human resources programs and services that will optimize the employee experience by promoting a safe, healthy, positive and productive work environment. Nadim also provides strategic human capital direction, insight and advice to the senior leadership team and ensures that the people aspects of the business are factored into all planning and decision-making priorities. As part of his over 20 years of human resources and industrial relations experience advancing and aligning human resources priorities and functions, Nadim has established in-depth executive experience spanning the public and private sectors.
Nadim integrates his human capital and organizational development leadership acumen to help organizations deal with evolving market realities, digital transformation, pluralism, inclusion and stakeholder needs. Previously, Nadim held Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Human Resources Executive positions responsible for Canadian and global human resources at Teranet, Science North, LexisNexis and the Royal Ontario Museum. Nadim was responsible for leading human resources strategy and operations, talent and succession planning, organizational development, compensation, HRIS and labour relations.
Nadim also brings a breadth of experience from IBM, Rogers Communications and the Government of Ontario where he held increasingly senior positions across all human resources functions and portfolios. Nadim completed a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources degree at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree at York University. He is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
