Mohammad Mousa is the Programme Officer for Social Sciences, Humanities and Youth with the Canadian Commission for UNESCO, where he has been working since August of 2019. Mohammad has worked extensively in the non-profit sector with various organizations here in Canada and internationally. Prior to joining the Canadian Commission for UNESCO, Mohammad completed his Masters Degree in Political Science, specializing in Nationalism & Ethnic Conflict. Since joining CCUNESCO, Mohammad has had the privilege of working on the promotion and celebration of the International Decade for People of African Descent, the ethics of artificial intelligence, and the Commission’s anti-racism files.
