Leanna Falkiner is a marketing and strategy leader with 15 years of experience developing and inspiring teams that grow market share, reinforce brand leadership and build customer loyalty to power profitable growth. As the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Zafin she leads worldwide marketing across both banking and capital markets businesses which includes product marketing, brand, sales enablement, communications, digital and market research. With a purpose-driven entrepreneurial mindset, Leanna is a trusted advisor, mentor and board member. Currently she serves on the Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.
In 2020, Leanna was selected as one of the 25 top-performing women leaders from 14 countries by the International Women’s Forum. To amplify her Fellowship, she chose to reimagine a workplace that integrates the full spectrum of thinking styles. With this NeuroInclusion Works was formed. As an industry forum NeuroInclusion Works seeks to meaningfully accelerate the advancement of neurodivergent talent at all levels and across all sectors. For the first time, Canadian businesses are coming together to help lead change and share best practices.
Leanna holds a Master of Science in International Economics from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Guelph. In 2018, she graduated from the joint Rotman School of Management and Institute of Corporate Directors’ program where she obtained her ICD.D designation.
