Kim is a founding partner in 13 FACTORS for Business Growth, a company specializing in helping organization leaders integrate system and operational level psychological health and safety (PH&S) prevention, risk assessment, strategy, program, control and interventions aimed at improving the workplace conditions that impact mental health and wellbeing. Kim is also the service leader creating and delivering 13 FACTORS specialized workplace training to support trauma-informed, PH&S-focused leadership across the organization.
Kim is a certified organizational psychological health and safety advisor, holds a degree in communications & public relations, an MBA, and an expansive lifelong learning portfolio including COR health and safety audit training, workplace mental health, the working mind, adult education, and curriculum development, the legislative framework related to psychological health and safety, leadership emotional intelligence assessment certification and developmental coaching.
Kim is a Board Trustee with the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia and an active voice helping to change the conversation around mental health, mental illness and addiction.
