Kelly McIntosh is the Senior Manager, Workplace Health Services at the University of British Columbia. Kelly’s team is responsible for delivering programs and services to over 16,000 faculty and staff, advancing UBC’s vision as a diverse, inclusive, safe and vibrant place to work, live, and study. Her interdisciplinary portfolio is responsible for disability-related accommodations, return-to-work, workplace accessibility, ergonomics, worker’s compensation, and occupational health. Kelly’s been part of the UBC community for two decades, starting as an undergrad, and loves that she’s always learning new and interesting things about the people and places that make UBC a leading institution.
